Attitude

• Definition: a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in person's behavior.

• Quote:" A bad attitude is like a flat tire. If you don't change it, you'll never go anywhere."

• Reflection: In my opinion, about the quote is that it's very true because some people can have a bad attitude towards people that makes them not get liked or have a good image the mostly important that people look about the way you are is your attitude towards things particularly on the way you feel about a person.

"A man without a goal is like a ship without a rudder."

• The attribute of this quote is always have goals or you won't have the goals/experience  you've always wanted.

• Reflection: What the attribute means is always want to have goals to have those responsibilities achieve what you want and consider wanting in your future or right now its all up to you and for the quote its a metaphor  for thing you set to accomplish  just see it as the goals are your rudders and you are the ship two things different perspective but what happens when the ship doesn’t have rudder? It won’t go anywhere nor go the destination in needs to because that’s the important part in a ship as well your goals. You have to motivated to have them and do them.

Assertiveness

• Reflection: In my opinion about the quote is never come out as passive aggressive towards other you have to be more calm and be in the middle of both passive and aggressive and be confident also self-assuring to yourself. For example, if you get in a bad argument with a family member don't come at them aggressively come out to them confident and calm to fix things.  

Accountability 

• Definition: the fact or condition of being accountable; having responsibility.

• Quote: "Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results."

• Reflection: In the quote above my opinion is the with accountable for everything you it's your job to be the commitment 100% to have the 'results' or having the opportunity on being relied by others.
